The tenth-studio album from Japan’s noise/extreme metal quintet Sigh is an ambitious endeavor. Taking the band over two and a half years to write/record, each song had over 100GB of audio to select from in the final mixes. Inspired by Italian musician/composer Fabio Frizzi, Graveward pays homage to Italian zombie and Hammer Horror classics. Graveward features guest performances from Matthew Heafy (Trivium), Fred Leclercq (DragonForce), Niklas Kvarforth (Shining Sweden), Sakis Tolis (Rotting Christ), Metatron (The Meads of Asphodel), and others.
