So what would compel the man behind the latest Foo Fighters and Velvet Revolver platters to lend a hand to an O.G. thrash crew? Duh, he's a fan! Lucky thing for all parties involved that a ton of thrash new jacks (SSS, Fueled by Fire) are stoking new interest in Metallica's former genre. Expect total devastation.
