Following 2013's platinum-selling Based on a True Story..., country artist Blake Shelton retained his producer of choice, Scott Hendricks, for these sessions. Despite its title, Bringing Back the Sunshine is a grittier offering than his previous couple of albums, but thematically the songs call on his experience of growing up in a small Oklahoma town. The lead single, "Neon Light," is included here.
